These bugs are similar to "At the well Max keeps the bucket in his hand and can no longer be controlled properly" and also the solution. I tried various things from the inventory and here are the results (see attached pictures).

2nd last building in davids city has a missing collision after climbing the stairs. You fall through and get trapped inside the building.

Some of the Objects don't have the collusion, and I can stand and walk through them.

Clipped through a boulder while exploring the upper city, we were moving and jumping while going forward.

The temple wall is not extended to the bottom of the hill, and by crouching we could look underneath. See screenshot for location
