We encountered this too!

This was still an issue for us yesterday.

Sometimes it was because we started new conversations before the old one was done. The subtitles from the old conversation didnt get replaced, but kept going and made the new subtitles be delayed.

But even when we didnt interrupt, the subtitles was always(?) a second or two delayed after that.

I dont have the version number but we downloaded from Steam yesterday (feb 20.)
